Every year, Hudson Place Realty hosts a highly anticipated annual office cook off. Agents, spouses and close HPR friends are invited to prepare their best dish within a predetermined theme. Winners of last year’s competition, Gerard Stier and his wife Beverly, chose homemade pizza – no store bought dough allowed – as this year’s challenge.
The event was held at Hudson Table, a boutique cooking school that offers hands on and chef-led demo classes in a modern kitchen studio at Edge Lofts. Hudson Table’s talented chefs judged the competition this year and chose a unique pear, prosciutto and brie pizza prepared by Taryn Byron as the winner. Runners up were Jake Fowler with a hearty meat pie and Rita Sisti with a caramelized onion pizza.
