With it’s first phase complete and three units sold, Union Hill works towards completion on it’s second phase. Union Hill is the vision of CRDG’s goal to provide affordable luxury family living in an urban setting. In 2012, a 5,250 square foot vacant lot was acquired for the development of three expansive townhouses, designed to Passive House standards. The project received unanimous approval and praise from the Union City Zoning Board of Adjustment in September 2012, with an anticipated groundbreaking in March of 2013.
In early 2013, CRDG acquired the adjacent property with the intention of expanding Union Hill to include an additional four affordable, luxury residences. The project features on site parking, open duplex layouts with outdoor entertaining space and views of Manhattan from the rooftop deck. Union Hill is slated to be the first Passive House certified development in Hudson County, NJ.
